Comments: I went to the Orchard Park location on two occasions, the first was for carry out. Both the food and the service were outstanding. The second was actually the next night due to the comments on this site. I found the dine in service provided by Gina to be excellent and she really did go above and beyond the call of duty. The food once again was out of sight!

Comments: I've only been going to the Union Road Location and everytime has been very good. The food is prepaired fast, it's delicious, and the servers are always friendly and attentive. I actually came to 5 de Mayo's website to see what time they closed, I was craving one of their Pollo Con Crema's, VERY good!

Comments: I agree with everyone else who wrote about the Union Rd location. The food's pretty good but the service is awful. What good does it do for your server to be looking at your table from the bar and be talking on his cell phone when you've been waiting for your bill (and the dishes have been cleared from the table) for 10 minutes. No excuse!

Comments: Ive been to the Orchard Park and Union locations. The food quality has always been excellent at both locations but I have had slow service at the Union one, but the food is so good It didnt bug me too much.

Comments: I eat @ the union road location @ least once a week. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive and the food is always fesh and great tasting. I am a waitress myself and I know that busy times can sometimes be hectic, but my experience at cinco is always is enjoyable. The male waiters there are always excellent, some of the females are questionable. It is always worth it. I love it there!

Comments: I frequent the Union Rd. establishment pretty regularly and I'm impressed with the food quality every time... The service is slow at busy times, but very accommodating otherwise.

Comments: Went to Union location, absolutely HORRIBLE service. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 waters. Dinner was cold when we got it. Three different waiters. Will not go back to this location.
